Bug Description
Add Test button to MIDI Wizard dialog.
It could print all MIDI value like channel, group, note etc.
Helpful for debugging messed up mappings in the GUI, like when you want to know the values to alter the input or output mapping manually.
And way easier than having to restart Mixxx with --controllerDebug
