hotkeys in library context menu for quicker navigation

Bug Description

So, with a track selected in the library, one could press the context menu key then press 'l' to select/activate the Load to submenu, then 'p' to load the track to the preview deck.

To be extend with a 'context menu' hotkeys, like Shift+Ctrl+Enter (I have no Context Menu key).

Ctrl + Enter now opens the track properties

For loading to the preview deck there's hotkey in the default keyboard mapping. Cuurently that's Alt + Return, see https://manual.mixxx.org/2.3/en/chapters/appendix/keyboard_mapping_table.html

There's an open PR to move the preview hotkeys, too
