notarize mixxx for macOS

Mixxx should be notarized.

I'd like to test beta v2.3.0 on my MacBook Air running macOS Catalina v10.15.4 but apparently missing of Notarization prevents my system to run it. I tried execution both from mounted package than after copying the app binary into Application folder, both double clicking and right-click => Open, no success

@Alex: try the following:

- Re-download and drag mixxx to applications folder
- right-click mixxx in applications folder > Open (macOS will complain about unnotarized software), press "OK"
- again right-click mixxx > open: this time around you will see a dialog with three options a) Show in Finder b) Open c) Cancle - select "Open"

You will now be able to continue mixxx as expected.
