Bug Description
Mixxx can fill up the entire disk with waveform images. This is quite relevant when users listen to dj sets or podcasts in Mixxx.
Let's limit disk space used by waveforms to ensure the OS or Mixxx don't get into trouble.
For example Mixxx config is screwed up when the available disk space doesn't suffice to write a
