Bug Description
When there's absolutely no disk space left Mixxx
* can't write the waveform image anymore and fails to load tracks
* can't be shutdown
* screws up config, appearantly it can't save mixxx.cfg & soundconfig.xml anymore
I watched this happen recently on a vanilla Ubuntu Studio 18.04. Meanwhile, the desktop was still fully functional, no low-space sysmptons.
Don't know if that's a rare scenario, but it definitely stopped the show.
"Instead we should write a second file and then replace the original with it. That way we can avoid losing data when the write fails"

We can run out of disk space when other apps fill it, or when Mixxx fills it with waveform images.
