Live Streaming Preference should have a "test connection" button

Bug Description
We get a lot of users that have problems with establishing a live stream connection. I think it would make sense to have a "Test connection" button that tries to connect to the server and log in and gives a warning if that doesn't work.
Many email clients have something similar in their mail account preferences.

Additionally, we can also help at a quite low level if we add tooltips to the broadcasting Pref page with all that hints we rattle off when asked for support on Zulip, like
* no trailing whitespaces in login/password
* / in mount field
etc.
