Bug Description

During my tests from https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1858340
I experienced a DEBUG_ASSERT in CachingReader::process() after pressing eject while the AutoDJ loads a track at the same time. Signal might be delayed due to a stalled GUI.

I'm still not able to reproduce this issue and don't have a clear understanding how to fix it correctly.
