weird selection behaviour in Tracks > Crate menu

Bug Description
* go to a tracks table which has Crates in the tracks' context menu
* right-click a track
* use arrow keys to go into the Crates menu
* in Crates menu, use Down key to move selection
(let's say this menu has 4 crates)
= selection moves like this
1, 2, 3, 4,
1, 2, 3,
1, 2,
1, 2, 3, 4
...
same for Up key
very strange...
when you also have locked (inactive) items in there the selection appears to move randomly
