Export playlist without comments

Bug Description

When exporting an m3u or m3u8 playlist, Mixxx puts in these #EXTM3U and #EXTINF comments.
I don't know what they're for and they make managing my playlists as files more cumbersome, so I'd like to have an option to remove them.

These are standard formats. If you need any other format please use external tools for the conversion.

Please file a new bug that describes your use case and not a solution.
