YEAR tag is written twice after analyzing the library

Bug Description
They YEAR tag was present in an MP3 file.
The file was added to the library.
Then I ran "Analyze".
After that I could see (in MP3Tags), that the file acquired two identical YEAR tags.
Windows 10, 64 bit.

Mixxx writes ID3v2.4 tags by default. If your file contained a legacy ID3v1 tag both will be present, because Mixxx doesn't delete any tags.
