Bug Description

On Windows Mixxx is logging

Debug [Main]: LegacySkinParser loading skin: "C:/Program Files/Mixxx/skins/Deere"
Debug [Main]: "Error: Unable to import console: no such extension"
Debug [Main]: "Error: Unable to import svg: no such extension"

This is cause by SkinContext::importScriptExtension
https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/3da63b2c0e077c182c38dcebdfcbad3366a74a37/src/skin/skincontext.cpp#L226

Part of the svg value parse feature.

Is this unused feature currently broken?

This also pops up on Linux.

the extensions were intoduced in
