Bug Description
The set up goes through putting all the information in placing the folder, but as soon as it gets to the msi package the installer cannot find the MS Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable on the system even though it exists.
The 32-bit installer seems to process the installation just fine, but throws a warning about installing a 32-bit program on a 64-bit system.
