2.2.0 64-bit Win installer unable to install

Bug Description

The set up goes through putting all the information in placing the folder, but as soon as it gets to the msi package the installer cannot find the MS Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable on the system even though it exists.

The 32-bit installer seems to process the installation just fine, but throws a warning about installing a 32-bit program on a 64-bit system.

Steps taken:
Download installer from site
Run and install to Non-system HDD
failure at MSI launch
