Bug Description

2.3.0-alpha-pre (build master r6723)
10.14.3 (18D109)

Mixxx uses ``Ctrl+Command+F``

Apple Standard is ``Control+Command+F``
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201236

Also see https://doc.qt.io/qt-5/qkeysequence.html#StandardKey-enum
(QKeySequence::FullScreen=Ctrl+Meta+F)
``Note that on macOS, the Ctrl value corresponds to the Command keys on the Macintosh keyboard, and the Meta value corresponds to the Control keys.``

This is possible the reason there are currently 2 full screen menu points in the menu bar (see screenshoot).
