Mixxx does not show iTunes playlist folder heirarchy

Bug Description

Mixxx correctly loads the playlists I have defined in iTunes, but it flattens them all to the same level. In iTunes, the playlists are organized in folders. Mixxx does not show this folder hierarchy.

Mixxx should show the playlist folders as they are in iTunes and allow individual folders to be collapsed or expanded like in iTunes.

Mixxx: 2.2.0 (build 2.2 r6659)
macOS: 10.14.3
iTunes: 12.9.2.5

I've attached screenshots showing Mixxx's vs. iTunes's view of the same playlist folder.

Note how in Mixxx the playlist folder is flattened and the "Asuka Lounge" folder itself looks like it's just another playlist, like "2019/02 - Joe's Night" and "Next".

Instead, I believe Mixxx should show the folder hierarchy the same way iTunes shows it.
