Tracks playing with no audio output / Deck becomes disabled

Bug Description
Since reinstalling Mixx 2.0.0 after a complete reset on my computer I have suddenly run into issues with it whilst DJing.
Issue 1. Intermittently a track will load into the decks and appear to be playing but with no audio output.This is happening when I am using auto DJ, If I try to switch to manual to resolve the issue the software then just crashed and I have to shut down and reopen. It is not an issue with the files themselves. When I close and reopen the software the same track will play just fine.
Issue 2. Please note this is a separate issue.Intermitt
I used this same version of Mixx for 3 years without these issues. What is happening? I need my software to be reliable. I was given to understand that this version was meant to be stable.

On which OS are you? And which sound API do you use. Are all tracks effected?
We have fixed so some crasher issues in Mixxx 2.1.5
Please check your issues are fixed as well.
