Effects metaknob link mode resets

Bug Description

- Modify those metaknob link modes: https://www.mixxx.org/manual/latest/en/chapters/effects.html#effect-parameters-metaknobs
- Open the settings
- Close settings by clicking "Ok"
=> The metaknob link mode was reset to the default state

This only happens when clicking "Ok". I always use "Apply" and the ESC-key to save and close the settings.
