Bug Description

with no track loaded, just after starting mixxx or after unlading a track, pressing the bpm_tap button repeatedly causes a crash.

Note: this also happens if the loaded track had the beatgrid set with a variable BPM. With the fix, mixxx doesn't crash, but it also doesn't update the track's bpm.
