Bug Description
Feature request: show tooltip control and
a button in skins to toggle tooltip visibility
Use case: you prefer to mix without tooltips but
you need to quickly check a tooltip

yes, that would be helpful.
Not sure if we need GUI buttons, but we could definitely create a keyboard shortcut for this.
