allow to lock waveform zoom

Waveform zoom work very unreliably for me on a macbook pro 2011 + mixxx 2.3.0-alpha-pre (build master r6554)
quite frequently the zoom level is changed (by accident and unintentionally) to unusable wide or narrow levels. Getting back to the default zoom level is very hard. I use four finger pinch to zoom on the waveform. But the sensitivity is too much. It's close to impossible to really select the desired zoom level and there's no other option to get back to default in tango (from what I see).

Either zoom should work much more reliable. But an easy alternative / workaround would be to allow locking the zom level in mixxx > preferences > waveforms. Just add a checkbox option and be done with this problem.

I imaging if this happens during a live set, I would probably be freaking out.

Do you have some hints for the "more reliable" part of this bug. If yes, please file anew bug for it.
This way this one can be used for tracking the checkbox.

If this would become an option, old behavior would still exist right, so no workflow would break.
