Menu option to Remove playlist does not show confirmation dialogue

Bug Description
Affects: All versions of Mixxx, on all operating systems, all CPUs, etc
Issue: Right click context menu entry "Remove" does not show confirmation dialogue.
Reproduction steps:
1) Right click existing playlist
2) Click Remove
3) Watch as the playlist is deleted without confirmation.
Expected behaviour:
1) Right click existing playlist
2) Click Remove
3) Be prompted with confirmation dialogue.
The addition of a confirmation dialogue would be a large improvement to user experience. Currently, it is very easy to accidentially delete a playlist when one is attempting to make a in-application backup via the Duplicate function or via the Lock function. I myself have been subject to a misclick, causing me to lose a chunk of work.
