Mixxx crash, loading a recording file while recording.

Bug Description

If you try to load a track, which is still recorded into a deck, Mixxx gives endless error messages, consuming all system memory and until it is killed by the OS.

For reference, the error shows in a popup and says:

"Could not load the following file because it is in use by Mixxx or another application. <filename>"

So grey out the active recording in tracks table and refuse loading it to any deck, like discussed elsewhere for deleted tracks?

btw I'm wondering what would happen if we actually COULD load an active recording into decks, and replay itself with an alterable delay, apply effects etc. Would this turn Mixxx into a synth, or just a very complex glitch machine?
