Bug Description

Sometimes the crates menu is not drawn properly in my linux.
Restarting mixxx somtimes solved the the problem. The problem persists over the runtime of mixxx.

Restarting the pc usually fixes the problem.

Before the window is opened following non mixxx related messages appear:

Warning [Main]: QOpenGLContext::swapBuffers() called with non-exposed window, behavior is undefined

I think this problem never happend with qt4 and maybe due a combination of graphics driver and some programming error. We are creating the crates menu in same quite special way.

NixOS 18.03.

I found how to "reproduce" the bug. I have a USB hub that seems incompatible with my XONE:K2. After some time, it stops working and some USB error message spam happens on the console. While this happens, the system is hardly usabe. After I disconnect the hub, everything returns to normal but then this crate menu problem occurs until I reboot the machine.

I will try to look into the debugger to see if I can pinpoint the problem.

This seems to be an idiosyncratic hardware issue or a bug lower in the software stack (kernel or X maybe?) than a specific problem with Mixxx. Nevertheless, we may be able to work around this in Mixxx, but not enough information has been provided to do so.
