and I don't see why that button doesn't expand. there's no max-width defined in style.qss

It is the master branch on Xenial using chinnamon desktop

I tested again with 2.2pre, Trusty and xfce4 desktop.
Neither I see the cropped label, nor the bold font.
Will look into it..

I could reproduce it with 2.2 qt5 on Bionic.
Seems the issue is simply that (in Tango) the font weight changes to bold when a library pushbutton (AutoDJ, Recording) is checked or hovered. The button is not resized then.

This happens with the original en_US string too, not just the German translation.
