Re-focus the track properties window

Bug Description

If you do not close the track properties window, it will hide behind the Mixxx main window.
If you now wish to edit an other track, you can use the context menu to load the track into the hidden dialogue. Unfortunately you cannot see the window.

It would be nice, if this window is also moved on top, visible for the user.

same applies to Controller Mapping Wizard window when Mixx is in fullscreen mode.

Alt+Tab to another window would hide Mixxx main window, show that other window with Wizard window on top

DlgTrackInfo stays always on top, can't be hidden anymore.
