Library relink marked all tracks missing

Bug Description
After relinking library (moving music files from f:\audio\music\dj to f:\dj to shorten path) all tracks where marked as missing. But the tracks exist, if a track from missing window is dragged to a deck it can be played.
In the database table track_locations each track had two files with identical location but different directory, one with new one, one with the old one and fs_deleted=1. When I remove the missing tracks the duplicated with the old path disappear, but the tracks are removed from from mplaylists and crates too, which is not desired.
