search query should be selected when starting a new search

Bug Description
When I need to search, 99.999% of the time i need to start a new search, not search again using whatever text is in the search box. When hitting CTRL+F the text in the box should be selected, such that typing clears the existing text, having to hit CTRL+A, BKSP is a pain when that is the norm, not the exception. The 1% use case is modifying the previous search, where the existing text would be used again
