Bug Description
(This is a recurring bug, so we need to add tests for it.)
In the 2.1 branch r6709 (2.1.1-pre) on Linux:
When "Down increases speed" is set in the Interfaces preferences pane and smooth ramping is selected, the temporary pitch bend buttons in the GUI and on a controller work in the wrong direction. (Rate_temp_up slows the track and vice-versa.)
This is not a problem when smooth ramping is disabled.
