Bug Description

Manipulating playback with the waveforms on a touchscreen already basically works with Qt5. I would like to add a gesture for nudging (temporary tempo change) like using the edge of a turntable or controller jog wheel so beatmatching could be done with a touchscreen laptop. It would help to also have a quick gesture for toggling play/pause with the waveform. I am thinking two finger dragging could be used for nudging and three finger tap could be used for play/pause. Using Qt's gesture handling, I think this will work with touchpads as well as touchscreens.

The biggest question is how to make it feel natural. Maybe we need a kind of touch handle.

Pushing this to 2.3.0 so I can focus on the library redesign branch.
