Bug Description
When broadcasting live on icecast2, the only metadata variables that represent live tags are $artist and $title. Variables $genre, $album, $year, etc., do not seem to be defined. Currently these variables appear verbatim on the icecast2 server, and are not replaced with the corresponding tag value. It would be useful to be able to have these variables available for use in the 'Shoutcast metadata format' field.
I am using Mixxx version 2.0.0 x64 under Linux (14.04.1-Ubuntu).

This would be very nice to have this feature.
Currently I'm missing "Album", "Album Artist" and "Grouping" most.
