Bug Description
Currently finding music files and their associated cover art files are coupled in the library scanner. This is strange because new files are not available in the library until the scanner completes. The progress dialog changes during the cover art location phase to tell the user that it is now safe to cancel, but that is hard to notice and it looks like the user needs to keep waiting before they can do anything with Mixxx. I think it would be better to move the cover art location into a new analyzer so tracks could be made available for playing ASAP.

Cover art will at least be initialized/updated when you load a track from the library. I've added this feature during the development of 2.1. Embedded cover art has to be changed with an external editor and manually reloading it was tedious. So maybe we already have the functionality for lazily loading cover art, at least partially.
For testing purposes we can turn off the cover art step in the library scanner to find out what is actually missing. A separate analyzer for this purpose sounds reasonable and would nicely fit into the existing architecture.
