Bug Description
Hey, I use the hotkeys very often (to play, pause, stop, ...) the songs.
But I often do accidentally rename something in the library. E.g. I select a track and the library is opening this field to rename the title or the artist and now I want to start a track and the selected track in library was renamed to something.
I do not use the renaming feature in the library, I prefer using the properties and I would like to have an option to disable this feature to prevent me from having a lot of tracks called 'd', 'l' or something like this.
Thank you.

I do not think we should add a preference option for this. I think Mixxx should follow the convention from file manager applications to use the F2 key to start editing file metadata.
