Ignore custom ID3v2 comment frames

Bug Description

Some custom comment frames are reserved for a special purpose and identified by an additional description.

Examples:
COMM:iTunNORM
COMM:iTunPGAP

If no general comment frame is present TagLib by default reads the first of those custom comment frames, producing comments like "1". This is unexpected and confusing behaviour.

The custom comment frames should be ignored by Mixxx. This is already correctly implemented for ID3v2, but will be skipped if reading by TagLib is not suppressed.
