Bug Description
It would be nice if users could save a snapshot of the state of an effect's parameters, metaknob linking, and parameter order (Bug #1653325) that would be restored when that effect was loaded again (in any effect slot). These would be independent of saved chains (Bug #1707961). When a saved chain is loaded, the saved state of the chain should override any per-effect defaults.
