Bug Description
This controller is a good fit for the effects system in 2.1. It is a cheap controller that could be recommended as an add-on controller for users wanting more thorough effects controls with a lower end all-in-one controller. My roommate has one of these, so I could borrow it for a bit to map it.

My friend's LPD 8 is currently not working, so I probably won't be able to do this for 2.1.
