Allow Playlists to be manually ordered

Bug Description
Currently playlists are ordered alphabetically by name, and I'd like to be able to drag-drop playlists in to an arbitrary order. My workaround is to name a playlist I'm using today to "A-Playlist Name", and older playlists that I want to keep around I name to "ZZZ-Playlist-name"

The ability to reorder Crates would also be very handy.
