Add an option to quantize beatloop release

Bug Description

When a (rolling) beatloop is released, it jumps to the current playback position abruptly and crates some glitchy feelings. It would be better if the beatloop would continue its current run and then back to original playback.

Of course, this should be configurable.

It seems what is really being requested here is quantizing the deactivation of slip mode. Doing that correctly for rolling loops might be a little more complicated than in the general case of turning off slip mode.
