Bug Description

On a clean system (never *ever* had Mixxx installed):

$ sudo add-apt-repository ppa:mixxx/mixxx
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install mixxx libportaudio2
$ mixxx

The instructions for creating a backtrace won't work because this is a
Heisenbug variation. Once Mixxx has been installed the first time,
even after it is re-installed (and a number of files it creates are
removed), the segfault disappears. Perhaps that's a clue.
