Error:

the rules.d/60-mixxx-usb.rules file has # in-line comments and they're not allowed, only full line comments, moving the comment to the start of the following line removes the error.

Is this with Mixxx 2.0? Try replacing /lib/udev/rules.d/60-mixxx-usb with the updated udev rule file in the master git branch:
