Is this a old database with
valuable data? Than you may send it to my user name @mixxx.org, maybe we can rescue some data.
Otherwise just rename mixxxdb.sqlite and try to start Mixxx again.

Please report if this fixes you issue.

I cannot find the mixxx.sqlite file in the attached archive.
Please upload only that file. You will find it at
/Users/<username>/Library/Application Support/Mixxx/mixxx.sqlite
