Pitch/Tempo slider range default is 0%

Bug Description
Pitch/Tempo slider has no effect with clean profile because it's set to 0%
When 'restoring defaults' it snaps to 8%.
This is not applied either, except I select it manually from drop-down menu.
I almost went mad while debugging a key unlock feature (with clean profile and no controller). Then I discovered that it's simply pitch slider range...

It appears other settings are not applied after 'Restore defaults' unless they're selected manually. Just tested this with Position Display: 'remaining' is restored as default (although on first start 'elapsed' was checked) but is also not applied. Didn't test the other settings.
