Bug Description

When using Mixxx on my Surface Book Pro (3000*2000px on a 13" screen) the touch screen (and as a matter of fact even through the mouse or touchpad) is pratically unusable since the interface is way too small.

Is there a way to make it larger?

I am running Win10 64 with latest drivers and version.

Using Mixxx 2.0.0 x64 with standard LateNight interface
