Bug Description
A user from a german dj forum reported an issue that occurs unexpectedly while performing. The playback position of one deck suddenly jumps to the end of the track and the music stops on this deck. Mixxx stays responsive and he is able to do an emergency transition to another deck. But as you may imagine this surprising behaviour is a real show stopper. Loading the same track onto another deck and playing the track again is possible. The issue doesn't seem to be related to any particular file and is not reproducible.
OS: Arch, Ubuntu + KDE Neon (with/without real-time kernel, even did a complete re-installation)
Mixxx versions: Both 2.0 and 2.1-alpha-pre
Controllers: ADJ VMS 4, ADJ VMS 4.1, Vestax Typhoon, Hercules RMX
The last controller seems to be affected most often and most severely. When using the Hercules RMX Mixxx becomes completely unresponsive and needs to be restarted.
He has done a long running test using AutoDJ without touching any controller. Mixxx is working for hours without any issues! So the cause seems to be related to the controller interface. In general, because it is not limited to a particular model.

We found the cause for this issue: It's the vertical touch sliders that directly affect the playposition even if the deck is currently playing. Those sliders might be touched unintentionally or might even send signals without touching them if not properly calibrated.
Solution: Disable modification of playposition while the deck is playing.
