Hercules Instinct controller headphone volume up and down is broken

Headphone volume up and down broken Hercules Instinct. I am using https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/master/res/controllers/Hercules%20DJ%20Control%20Instinct.midi.xml for https://www.mixxx.org/wiki/doku.php/hercules_dj_control_instinct It seems that only 0x41 'headphones volume up' is in the configuration and 'headphone volume down' is not. The actual result is that both buttons work in a wierd way, sometimes putting the headphone volume to maximum unexpectedly. This is something that is not healthy for the user. Please fix this. I am willing to help testing.

Who can help with this? Probably fairly easy to fix and will reduce risk of ear damage as the current implementation sometimes jumps to maximum output volume on headphones.
