add engine.softStart to slowly start a track

Bug Description
It would be nice to have an effect which mimics pressing the Start button on a real turntable.
Track would start playing at very low rate and accelerate until normal playback speed is reached.
Unlike engine.brake it should consider pitch.
Is it what Daniel refers to in post#3 https:/
Like braking it could be configurable how fast it accelerates.
Can imagine giving it a try around Christmas.
If I start this, those two would be easy to solve, too
