Bug Description

For build Ubuntu, please store application data in ~/.config/mixxx and not in ~/.mixxx

We have discussed this here https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/pull/622 and here https://bugs.launchpad.net/mixxx/+bug/1463273
and decided not to do it now.

Is there a strong need to do it now?
