No visual difference between sidebar and track table focus

Bug Description

By the "TAB" key, you can switch between Library and LibrarySidebar.
Unfortunately there no notable visual difference between input focus on Library or Sidebar.
All default skins are effected.

Still an issue with 2.1.0-beta1 (build 2.1 r6543).

Only Tango skin gets it correct. So it is a qss styling issue.
