Receive audio stream. (NOT a "bug", at the most it´s a "wish". In case this is in the wrong place, please fell free to move, edit, or delete it. Thanks!)
Mixxx can already stream audio (broadcast) beautifully!...
- There is a way to receive audio stream?... Possibly an input text area as an "input device" or in the "broadcast" tab...
- Since Mixxx tries to handle all possible "ins" and "outs" for audio, this audio feature makes all sense to me.
- More: That way we would be able to use the Mixxx itself to record incoming audio from other network sources, instead of record audio only from the current query devices.
1 - This way we could use only Mixxx, without the need of using VLC or any other kind of third-party software, only for that.
2 - In VLC its done this way: "Media" --> "Open Network Stream" --> "Network"
3 - Since its a feature that I use a LOT, maybe could be useful for someone else too. Since sometimes christmas happens... I left this here, for Santa...
