Issues with the Arabic RTL version

Bug Description
The Arabic RTL version of Mixxx suffers some issues:
* Deck 1 is right but the play button is left, Crossfader has hamster style
* Arabic numbers in spin boxes are mixed with european numbers in comboboxes.
* Open beakets "(" are european and closing beakets are arabic "("
* An ellipsis is placed on the left even if the title is cut on the right in the library.
I would say Mixxx is unusable in Arabic.
IMHO the Skin part of Mixxx should not be rendered RTL, since all controllers have a LTR layout.
