Bug Description
Running Mixxx 2.0.0 (build 1.12 r5772) on Windows 10
Discovered while attempting to create a mapping for the Behringer CMD Studio 4a.
When altering the Output Mappings in the Preferences, the changes are not picked up by Mixxx until it is either restarted or the controller is disabled in the "Controller Setup" page (then click apply) then re-enabled (then click apply again). Just changing the Output Mapping then either clicking OK or Apply has no effect.

I can confirm this here too, with Behringer CMD DC-1 and CMD DV-1.
