unix_lib_path wrong for Linux 64 builds

Bug Description

unix_lib_path defaults to lib:
https://github.com/mixxxdj/mixxx/blob/1.12/src/SConscript#L300

but
LINKFLAGS: -Wl,-rpath,/usr/lib64 -L/usr/lib64

I believe "lib64" is just convention for some distros. What's the right way to get the lib path across distros?
